摘    要:根据市场需求 ,对用SWRM1 0替代SWRCH1 0A线材生产小规格螺钉用冷顶锻钢丝的可行性进行系统研究 ,给出生产工艺流程 :60 %以上总压缩率的半成品拉拔 +再结晶退火 +30 %以下总压缩率的成品拉拔。半成品拉拔的部分压缩率控制在 2 5%左右 ;再结晶退火炉温 670~ 680℃ ,在炉时间大于 5.5h ;成品拉拔的部分压缩率控制在 1 8%~ 2 0 %。成品钢丝强度在 40 0~ 480MPa ,面缩率大于 60 % ,其顶锻性能最佳 ,可满足用户要求。

Abstract:To systematically research the feasibility of using SWRM10 wire rod as a substitute for SWRCH10A to produce small specification cold heading steel wire for screw according to the requirements of market.The production process is given,which is semiproduct drawing with total draught greater than 60%+recrystallization annealing +end product drawing with total draught less than 30%.The partial draught of semiproduct drawing is controlled at about 25%,the furnace temperature of recrystallization annealing is 670~680?℃,the in furnace time is greater than 5.5?h,and the partial draught of end product drawing is controlled at 18%~20%.The strength of end product is 400~480?MPa,and the draught is greater than 60%.Its cold heading property is the best,which can satisfy the consumers’ demands.
