摘    要:氧化铬属剧毒物质,至今仍是一氧化碳变换催化剂的重要助剂。本研究致力于以无毒三氧化二铝代替氧化铬,为此对三氧化铝为助剂的新型中变催化剂的反应活性进行了系列测试。结果认为,三氧化二铝虽对活性不利,但可起良好结构助催化剂作用,如和其它填加物恰当配合,则新型无毒中变催化剂将有希望成功。

Abstract:Cr_2O_3, a poisonous metallic oxide, is usually used as one of the most important catalyst promoter for CO shift reaction. The possibility for replacement of Cr_2O_3 by Al_2O_3 is discussed. The activity of the ironbased catalyst promoted by A1_2O_3 was investigated. The results show that A1_2O_3 is a good structural promoter in catalyst, although it has no catalytic activity and the catalytic activity reduces with increacing its amount in the catalyst. If proper metallic oxides are added in the right proportion, the catalytic activity will prove to be significant and a new catalyst for CO mid-temperature shift reaction will be obtained.
