摘    要:本文介绍了一种基于CPLD的多通道气动聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)蠕动微泵的驱动控制系统,包括CPLD外围电路及开关电路设计、电子三通阀驱动电路设计、控制方案确定和控制软件设计。同传统的基于电脑和PCI卡的控制系统相比,本文的控制系统体积小、功耗低、价格便宜,维护和升级都十分方便,有利于充分发挥微流控系统的优势,发展微型化和便携化的微泵。

Abstract:This paper presents a driving and control system based on CPLD for multi-channel PDMS peristaltic micro-pump, including hardware and software design for external circuit of CPLD, driving circuit of control valve and running of micro-pump. Compared to the traditional driving and control system based on PCI card and computer, the new driving and control system has the advantages of small size, low power, low cost and convenience for maintaining and upgrading, and has the potential to develop into a miniature and portable micro-Dump.
