杨梅素衍生物在农药创制中的研究进展

摘    要:杨梅素衍生物作为一种重要的天然多羟基黄酮类化合物,具有抑菌、抗病毒、抗癌、消炎、抗氧化等较为广泛的药理活性,在医药和农药的创制中发挥着重要作用。综述了近年来杨梅素衍生物在农药创制方面的研究进展,主要介绍以杨梅素为先导化合物,通过活性拼接合成具有抑菌、抗病毒等生物活性的杨梅素衍生物活性小分子,以期望对研究工作者有一定的启发。

Abstract:Myricetin derivatives play an important role in the discovery of pharmaceuticals and agrochemicals, and natural myricetin exhibits various biological activities, including antibacterial, antiviral, anticancer, anti-inflammatory,antioxidant properties. This article reviews the research progress of myricetin derivatives in pesticide discovery in recent years. It mainly introduces the syntheses of myricetin derivatives with antibacterial and antiviral activities through active splicing by using myricetin as the lead compounds, which could promote the discovery and development of corresponding derivatives with potent bioactivities.
