Abstract:Aiming at obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS),this paper designs a kind of sleep respiration monitoring sensor based on thin film thermocouple,and analyzes the changes of temperature and convective heat transfer coefficient in the process of respiration through Seebeck effect and heat transfer theory,which provides a theoretical basis for the feasibility of the sensor’s respiration monitoring ability.In this research,the finite element simulation of COMSOL is used to study the influence of substrate thickness,thermocouple material,thermocouple thickness and wire arrangement on the sensor,and optimizes the structure.Finally,the temperature curve difference of thermocouple’s hot junction under different breathing conditions is analyzed.The results show that the sensor has the ability to distinguish OSAHS patients.
