摘    要:需求收集和挖掘真正的体现了需求的市场和用户驱动.用户访谈,问卷调查,头脑风暴,竞品分析等都是需求收集和挖掘的方法.有效的需求收集和需求挖掘需要我们搞清楚用户真正的需求和问题背后的深层次问题,这样才有可能使得我们的产品解决方案真正的满足客户的需要.

Abstract:demand collection and mining truly reflects the market and user driven demand.User interview,questionnaire survey,brainstorming and competitive product analysis are all methods of demand collection and mining.Effective demand collection and demand mining requires us to understand the real needs of users and the deep-seated problems behind the problems,so that our product solutions can truly meet the needs of customers.
