摘    要:[目的]制备以油酸甲酯为介质10%双草醚可分散油悬浮剂的配方。[方法]采用控制变量法.黏度曲线法.以常温、冷贮及热贮条件下的稳定性、悬浮率、析油率等为指标,对乳化剂、分散剂、增稠剂的种类及用量进行筛选。[结果]最终确定配方为双草醚10%,VO-02N 19%,SP-OF34981,8%,ODGel-051.6%,SK-040.7%,油酸甲酯补足至100%。[结论]该配方析油率低,稳定性高,悬浮率高,冷热贮等指标均符合可分散油悬浮剂标准.

Abstract:[Aims]This study aims to prepare a formula of bispyribac-sodium 10%oil-based suspension concentrate with methyl oleate as the medium.[Methods]The controlled variable method and the viscosity curve method was employed by taking the stability,suspension rate,and oil separation rate under normal temperature,cold storage and hot storage conditions as indicators to determine the types and amount of emulsifiers,dispersants,and thickeners.[Results]The final formula is:bispyribac-sodium 10%,VO-02N 19%,SP-OF34981.8%,ODGel-051.6%,SK-040.7%,and methyl oleate to make up to 100%.[Conclusions]This formula has low oil separation rate,high stability,high suspension rate,and the indexes of cold and hot storage meet the standards of dispersible oil suspension agent.
