新一代外置蓝牙断路器控制模组架构

提出一种基于蓝牙SoC的表外断路器控制模组方案,采用蓝牙无线通信方式与电能表进行自动配对连接,从而实现电能表-蓝牙模组-表外断路器的数据通信,蓝牙模组接收电能表DL/T698协议指令,经过协议转换后控制断路器开合闸,蓝牙模组也可以接收断路器的状态上报,经过协议转换并加密后上传给电能表,从而解决了断路器有线连接方式的各种缺陷,可广泛应用于电能表费控开关,实现远程自动控制。蓝牙模组具有固件和应用程序OTA功能,支持低功耗模式,满足模组的静态功耗要求。

New Generation Control Module Architecture of External Bluetooth Circuit Breaker

In the paper,a control module of off-balance circuit breaker based on Bluetooth SoC is proposed.The data communication between watt-hour meter,bluetooth module and off-balance circuit breaker is realized by bluetooth wireless communication,the bluetooth module receives the power meter DL/T698 protocol instruction and controls the circuit breaker to open and close after the protocol conversion.The bluetooth module can also receive the status report of the circuit breaker and upload it to the power meter after the protocol conversion and encryption,it is widely used in charge control switch of electric energy meter to realize remote automatic control.The bluetooth module has the function of firmware and application OTA,and supports low power consumption mode,the static power consumption of the module is satisfied.
