甲维盐与四氯虫酰胺复配对草地贪夜蛾的室内生物活性及田间防效

摘    要:目的]筛选对草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda增效的甲维盐及四氯虫酰胺复配配比。方法]采用浸叶法测定了甲维盐、四氯虫酰胺单剂及复配剂对草地贪夜蛾的室内生物活性,并对复配增效较为明显的配比进行田间药效试验。结果]甲维盐、四氯虫酰胺对草地贪夜蛾72 h的LC50值分别为0.017、0.409 mg/L,2者质量比为4:6~8:2范围内表现出增效作用,当7:3复配时增效最明显,共毒系数为162。田间药效试验发现,复配药剂对草地贪夜蛾药后1、3、7 d的防效分别为(86.24±1.43)%、(90.13±0.76)%、(92.96±0.85)%,均高于单剂且达到差异显著。结论]生产上可将甲维盐与四氯虫酰胺按照质量比7:3复配用于草地贪夜蛾防治。

Abstract:Aims]This study aims to screen out the synergies ratio of emamectin benzoate and tetrachlorantraniliprole to control Spodoptera frugiperda.Methods]The insecticidal activity of the two insecticides and their mixtures at different ratios(m/m)to S.frugiperda was determined in laboratory by larvae dipping method.In addition,the field efficacy test was carried out for the mixture with obvious synergistic effect.Results]The LC50values of emamectin benzoate and tetrachlorantraniliprole against S.frugiperda after 72 h after treatment were 0.017 and 0.409 mg/L respectively.The compounded mixture showed synergistic effect when the mass ratios were in the range of 4:6-8:2.The mixture of 7:3 showed the highest synergism with CTC value of 162.The field control effect of the compound agent on S.frugiperda were(86.24±1.43),(90.13±0.76),(92.96±0.85)%respectively after 1,3 and 7 days after treatment,significantly higher than that of the single agent.Conclusions]Emamectin benzoate and tetrachlorantraniliprole can be compounded according to the mass ratio of 7:3 to control S.frugiperda in production.
