摘    要:本文提出一种巴特沃斯有源低通滤波器构成的PWM转DAC设计,利用STC8单片机片内12位分辨率的PWM发生器产生了频率为10 kHz、占空比可变的PWM信号。将信号送入巴特沃斯低通滤波器后,PWM信号转换为直流电压,电压幅度与PWM信号占空比呈正比变化,转换得到的直流电压纹波小于0.2 mV,转换分辨率可达1/12位。转换电路线性度较高、纹波小、谐波抑制比较高。相比于专用DAC芯片或PAC芯片而,该方案性价比高,可以适配于分辨率要求高、建立时间要求一般的应用场景。

Abstract:In the paper,a PWM to DAC design is proposed,which is composed of Butterworth active low-pass filter.It uses the 12 bit resolution PWM generator on the STC8 microcontroller to generate a PWM signal with a frequency of 10 kHz and a variable duty cycle.After sending the signal to the Butterworth low-pass filter,the PWM signal is converted into a DC voltage,and the voltage amplitude changes in proportion to the PWM signal duty cycle.The converted DC voltage ripple is less than 0.2 mV,and the conversion resolution can reach 1/12 bit.The conversion circuit has high linearity,small ripple and high harmonic suppression.Compared with a dedicated DAC chip or a PAC chip,this solution is cost-effective and can be adapted to application scenarios with high resolution requirements and general setup time requirements.
