日本新日铁焊接工艺新进展和未来前景

摘    要:介绍了日本新日铁公司近年来开发的各种用途的新钢种及其相应的焊接材料和焊接工艺。针对船舶、建筑、桥梁、汽车、家用电器、建筑机械、储运罐、压力容器、管线和发电设备等领域用钢的特殊性,新日铁公司还开发了相应的焊接材料和焊接工艺,从而使钢材与焊接材料和焊接工艺达到了最佳匹配,满足了各应用领域的特殊要求。最后指出,随着对钢材的强度、韧性、耐疲劳性、耐腐蚀性和耐热性等性能的要求日趋严格,开发优质钢材、新型焊接材料和焊接工艺日趋重要。

Abstract:New steel products, corresponding welding materials and welding process developed by Nippon Steel Corporation in recent years are introduced. For special properties of these materials used in the fields of shipbuilding, building construction, bridge construction, automobiles, home appliances, construction and industrial machinery, tanks and pressure vessels, pipelines and power equipment, Nippon Steel Corporation has also developed corresponding welding materials and welding technologies so that these steel products abovementioned can match well with newly developed welding materials and welding technologies and meet special requirements for all kinds of applications. And finally this paper points out that continuous developments on top quality steel products, new welding materials and welding technologies are increasingly important with the serious requirements for these properties of steel materials such as strength, toughness,fatigue property,corrosion resistance and heat resistance.
