高温高压深井试油技术在准噶尔盆地的应用与分析

摘    要:H10井是准噶尔盆地历年试油所遇到的最复杂的一口高压试油井,对该井试油分析,为高温高压井试油作业提供了借鉴。对施工过程中压差控制、管柱力学分析、地面流程的设计与选择、射孔完井液与压井液的选择等进行阐述,建议采用单闸板封井器、较大尺寸的割缝筛管、降低RD安全循环阀与RD循环阀之间的油管使用长度,效果更好。

Abstract:H10 well is the most complicated testing well during these years. By analysis for oil testing tech to this well, some references are provided for HP-HT deep well oil test operation. According to mechanism of sand production to predict its situation and differential pressure control, analysis for string mechanics, design and selective of surface flow and selective of perforated fluid and killing well fluid during operating period are illustrated. It is suggested that using single flashboard shut-in equipment, much more dimension of slot pipe and shortening the tube length between RDS valve and RD valve has a good effect.
