燃烧优化控制在蒸馏装置常压加热炉的应用

摘    要:某厂以烟气氧含量控制、炉膛负压控制为基础,热效率优化为目标,开发了蒸馏装置常压加热炉燃烧优化控制系统。介绍了该系统的控制算法设计思想、与DCS通讯及控制安全的实现,通过长期投用数据对比表明此系统不仅可以使装置运行更加乎稳,同时常压加热炉热效率得到了提高,节能效果较显著。
