| 摘 要： | 为提高湖南某白钨矿选矿指标,进行了系统的选矿试验研究,并成功进行了工业应用。试验确定在原矿磨矿细度-74μm占75%条件下,以Na OH+Na2CO3为p H组合调整剂、Na2Si O3+GS为组合抑制剂、731氧化石蜡皂+YK为组合捕收剂对白钨矿进行回收。工艺改造后的生产指标与试验指标相近,最终获得WO3品位68.12%、回收率75.35%的白钨精矿。与工艺改造前相比,工艺改造后钨回收率升高,选矿成本降低,经济效益显著。
