| 摘 要： | 随着生产自动化程度的提高，流程化和智能化的精密设备的出现，使得生产对维护的依赖越来越强烈。维护管理的目的就是要减少故障，最大化生产系统的可用度，同时降低维护成本。论文通过细致深入的分析和研究，对维护管理的终极目标进行分解，并利用特征映射技术，建立了维护管理的参考模型，构建了包含三个思维层次，七个主要一级维护目标，四种维护管理职能的多维维护目标体系。

| Abstract: | With the improvement of the production equipment's automation and intelligent level,the producing process depends on the maintenance actions much more than before.At the same time the purpose of maintenance management is to reduce the adverse effects of breakdown and to maximize the production system(availability) at minimum cost.This paper discusses the goal of maintenance management and analyzes the subsystem.At last a maintenance management goal framework model is set up through feature mapping technology with three philosophy levels and four maintenance management functions from four aspects. |
