| 摘 要： | 分析了斜齿轮塑件的工艺特性,给出了实用的注塑模结构,介绍了斜齿轮注塑模各系统的结构设计,论述了模具的工作原理。该模具利用定模推出机构和推管旋转脱模机构解决了螺旋齿轮脱模难的问题。模具结构紧凑,推出可靠,安装维修操作方便,成型塑件质量好,生产效率高。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the technological characteristics of the plastic helical gear,the practical die structure is presented.A dissertation is made on every parts of the structure and working principle of the injection mould.The mould is designed to take advan- tage of ejector in the fixed half and the rotary demoulding mechanism with ejector sleeve to solve the difficult problem of removing the helical gear.The mould is compact in structure, credible in push-out and easy in installing,repairing and operating.The quality of plastic parts produced is good and the production efficiency is high. |
