环境国际公约履约大楼空调系统节能设计

摘    要:运用模拟仿真辅助建筑设计技术,对环境国际公约履约大楼进行能源消耗模拟及围护结构性能优化分析,使建筑具备了先天的节能条件,与公共建筑节能标准相比,全年冷热需求量节省4%。大楼中央空调系统运用高低温分区及温湿度独立控制的理念,实现热环境、湿环境和空气品质3个环节的最优化处理。在冷源的优化设计过程中,运用全年负荷分析手段,去掉出现频率极低(5%)的峰值负荷,以避免冷机容量过大造成的性能偏差的情况。与常规方案相比,本方案节能24%。本方案在水路设计上实现2台冷机互为备用,从而能够保障系统的安全性。
