摘    要:平面度误差是平板实际工作面对理想平面的变动量。文中介绍了平板平面度误差的主要检测和评定方法。用Visualc#2008开发工具结合Matlab开发了基于最小区域算法的平板平面度计算程序。通过实例验证了程序计算过程简便、快速,计算结果准确、可靠,评定结果符合最小条件。

Abstract:Flatness error is the variation between actual surface and ideal surface of surface plates. This paper introduces the main measurement and evaluation method of flatness error. The flatness calculating program based on the minimum zone method has been developed using Visual C# 2008 development tools and Matlab. The example shows that the calculation process is simple and rapid; calculation result is accurate and reliable, evaluation result accords with minimal conditions.
