RMS一体化设计及其验证方法

摘    要:应该将当前可靠性、维修性、保障性(RMS)各自独立的单项设计改进为一体化设计。指出RMS一体化设计的基础,就是建造以RMS为参数的顶层理论模型,并提出了在模型的建造中不要盲从国外理论模型的观点。可以证明,国外在RMS顶层模型、维修性模型和备件保障模型中存在一些错误模型。同时给出了RMS顶层设计的3类可以实际分析操作的理论模型,并提出取消对基本可靠性指标的控制和对顶层指标进行试验验证方法。

Abstract:he individual design for reliability, maintainability and supportability (RMS) should be improved into the integrated design. The basis of RMS integrated design is the development of the top-level theoretical model with RMS parameters. It is shown that there are some problems among the top-level RMS models, maintainability models and spares support models abroad, which should not be followed blindly for developing models. Three kinds of practical theoretical lnodels for the top-level design for RMS are presented. The demonstration test for top- level parameters is proposed.
