合金组元对银基触头材料电性能影响的研究

摘    要:采用预氧化法工艺制备AgCdO(10)、AgSnO2(10)、AgZnO(10)三种电触头材料,在19 V、20 A直流感性负载下通过自主开发的模拟电性能试验机进行试验,用电光分析天平、SEM和EDX测量分析试验前后质量变化、试验后表面形貌与微区成分。结果表明,三种材料中AgSnO2(10)的致密度、硬度、电阻率最高,电磨损、燃弧能量、熔焊力、烧损面积最小,抗电弧侵蚀能力最好。

Abstract:Three kinds of electrical contact materials, including AgCdO(10), AgSnO2(10) and AgZnO(10), were prepared by pre-oxidation. The materials were tested by analog electronic testing machine which was developed independently in 19 V DC, 20 A perceptual load. Electro-optic ana-lytical balance, SEM and EDX were applied to measure and analyse the mass change before and after the test, as well as the surface morphology and micro-ingredients. Results show that the AgSnO2(10) possesses the best performance, including the maximum density, hardness, resistivity, the minimum electrical wear, arcing energy, welding power, burning, and the best arc erosion resistance.
