电动车电机驱动系统余电检测及泄放方法

摘    要:目前,在电动车电驱动系统主电路的设计中均采用高容值的高压总线形式,而储存在高压总线电容中的电量对电驱动系统的安全构成了严重的安全隐患。本文针对电动车的高压总线余电安全问题,提出了一种高压余电检测及泄放方法。该方法能实时监测、诊断、泄放各类电动车高压总线上残存的电压和电量,并利用CAN总线实时发送高压总线的安全状态。试验和应用结果表明,该法满足各类电动车车载状况下静态和动态高压总线余电安全需要,并具有很好的通用性。

Abstract:Nowadays high-voltage buses with high capacitance are adopted in electric vehicle driving system circuits design. However, the power stored in the bus poses a serious security risk to the safety of the electric driving system. In this paper, a high-voltage residual power detection and discharging method is proposed to cope with the said problem. The method could real-time monitor, diagnose, discharge residual voltage and power in the high-voltage bus of various types of electric vehicles, and deliver the sec, urity status of the high-voltage bus via CAN bus real-time. Experiments and applications indicate that the method satisfies the static and dynamic high-voltage residue safety needs of all types of loaded electric vehicles with good versatility.
