| Abstract: | Based on the physical and chemical phenomena taking place during fuel combustion the author has come up with some commonly used methods for the detection of combustion flame of boilers. Presented in the paper are also the working principle and characteristics of several kinds of detection elements as well as the installation, operation and maintenance of flame detectors. |
