副井摩擦式提升机钢丝绳张力差监控系统研究

摘    要:根据《煤矿安全规程》对提升机严禁超载和超载重差运行要求,提出副井摩擦式提升机罐笼装车重量监测和控制的必要性,结合提升机具体特点,研制采用液压传感器、无线传输和可编程控制器技术实现的钢丝绳张力差监控系统,防止摩擦式提升机滑绳安全事故的发生。

Abstract:Accoroding to the requirement of Coal Mine Safety Regulations,the mine windlass is prohibited of outstriping wire ropes tension difference to running.Based on the feature in the auxiliary shaft friction windlass,proposed the impertance of monting and controlling the wire ropes tension difference,reasearched using the hydraulic pressure transmitter,the wireless transmission and the programmable controller technology to realize the monting and controlling system of wire rope tension difference,prevented wire rope skid accident of auxiliary shaft friction windlass.
