摘    要:提出床头箱发热问题的新观点,在检测床头箱温度时,存在一个"发热常数"。对于不同的室温,某一台机床在热平衡时,温度实测值与温升值的和是一个常数。批量生产时,在热平衡时,温度实测值与温升值的和(统计值)也是一个常数。某一台的实测常数值与批量生产的统计常数值都有一个波动范围,其波动值的大小与加工和装配质量有关,与室温无关。

Abstract:A viewpoint on the heat problem of headstock is put forward in the thesis. The point is that there is a Heat Constant when testing the heat of the headstock. For different room temperature, as a machine is in heat balance, the sum of the real test value of temperature and the temperature increase is a constant. As in batch production and heat balance, the sum (statistic) of the real test value of temperature and the temperature increase is a constant. There is a range of the real constant and the statistic constant. The range is related to the quality of machining and assembly but not the room temperature.
