超声波辅助提取亚麻木酚素的工艺研究

摘    要:本文以亚麻籽为原料对超声波辅助提取亚麻木酚素进行研究,分别考察超声功率、超声时间和溶剂倍率对亚麻木酚素得率的影响.并在超声波辅助提取单因素试验基础上,通过中心组合实验设计对提取条件进行优化.研究结果表明,超声法辅助提取亚麻木酚素的最佳工艺条件为:超生功率为400 W,溶剂倍率为17,提取时间为21min,亚麻木酚素的最大得率6.54 mg/g.

Abstract:With flaxseeds as raw material, the ultrasound - assistant extraction technology was used to extract lignan.The effects of time, ultrasonic frequency and the ratio of sohd to liquid on the recovery of lignan were investigated. On the basis of single factor trial, the extraction conditions were optimized with Box - Behnken test. Results show the obtained op-timum conditions for the ultrasound - assistant extraction technology are ultrasonic power 300 W, extraction time 21 min,and the ratio of solid to liquid 17. Under the optimum conditions the yield of lignan is 6.54 mg/g.
