| 摘 要： | 简述了香蕉筛的筛分原理和基本特性,介绍了国内外一些典型的香蕉筛的现状及其主要特点,并分析了我国香蕉筛目前存在的一些问题。同时提出了今后我国重点研究的方向:深入研究筛分机理;研究结构新颖的香蕉筛;研究各项技术参数之间的关系;采用先进分析软件优化分析;简化结构及制造工艺;加强关键件加工工艺的研究;制造采用的材质的研究;研究降低噪声的方法;加强构件表面耐磨、耐腐蚀问题的研究。
