| 摘 要： | 高强吹灰枪管材用３０Ｃｒ１ＭｏＶ钢由鞍钢第三炼钢厂围炉冶炼，经圩初轧开，大型厂这坯，最后由无缝厂轧制成成品管。经试生产表明：鞍钢现有的生产工艺完全可以满足生产３０Ｃｒ１ＭｏＶ钢的工艺要求，试制钢的质量和性能均达到了技术要求。

| Abstract: | Cr1MoV steel for pipe of high strength soot brower is produced in AISC No.3 Steelmaking Plant,roughly rolled in No.2 Rough Rolling Plant,rolled into pipe block in Heavy Steel Rolling Mill and then finished pipe in Seamless Pipe Plant.Polit operation has showed that the present process conditions in AISC can meet the requirements of the production of 30Cr1MoV steel completely and the quality and properties of the trial steel can come up to the technical standards. |
