易燃易爆环境下激光液位监测系统的研究与实现

摘    要:本文采用激光测距仪DISTO和V仃转换器AD421,设计出一种能在易燃易爆环境中工作、符合国家本质安全的激光液位监测系统。该系统是一种新型的非接触式智能液位测量仪表,具有成本低、操作方便、精度高等优点,可取代目前这些领域中广泛使用的二次仪表,具有广泛的应用前景。

Abstract:A laser range finder DISTO and a V/I converter AD421 are applied, and a nocontacting laser liquid level monitoring system is proposed according to the national intrinsic safety. This system has such properties as low cost, easily being practiced, high accuracy and being fit in combustible and explosive environment. At the same time, it is the new noncontacting intelligent instrument and can replace the widely applied secondary device in the area of measurement of the liquid level, having an excellent application prospect.
