| 摘 要： | 通过对调速型液力偶合器工作原理的分析,结合在带式输送机中的实际应用,阐述了在大运量、长运距带式输送机设计中使用调速型液力偶合器延长输送机启动时间,缓解对电网的冲击,使启动平稳,降低输送机的动张力,降低输送机制造成本等优点。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses a operation principle of timing hydraulic coupler through its application in belt conveyer, expatiates on its advantage in the design of belt conveyer for high capacity and long distance transportation to postpone start time for conveyer, decreases impact to power supply, makes the start stable, and reduces the cost for manufacturing, belt conveyer. |
