| 摘 要： | 系统采用典型的(客户/服务器)模式,通过采用视频压缩编码标准对视频信号进行采集;利用TCP/IP协议结合组播技术实现视频流的实时传输.主要功能采用Visual C 软件,调用SDK中的函数实现.
