模块化SPWM逆变器及其遥控/群控功能的设计和实现

摘    要:研制了由IGBT驱动芯片IR2132以及智能功率模块IPM构成的SPWM逆变器,采用无线调制解调器亚当模块ADAM4550实现了点对多点的无线遥控/群控功能。SPWM信号由单片机和三相SPWM控制芯片SA4828产生,三相电压幅值可针对不平衡负载单独调节,可以提供3种输出波形的选择。本文论述了模块化SPWM逆变器的设计和实现过程,对涉及到的难点和关键技术问题提出了相应的解决方案。实验结果表明,具有遥控/群控功能的逆变器系统设计合理,运行可靠。

Abstract:This paper presents a novel Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) inverter system based on IR2132 and Miniskiip.The designed system is remotely controlled by wireless modem module ADAM4550s. SPWM signal is generated by SA4828.The output frequency can be regulated from zero to 4kHz, the output amplitude can be adjusted independently according to the unbalanced load.Three kinds of output waveforms are available.Experimental results are agree with the designed performances.
