铁精矿品位的多目标优化

摘    要:系统地分析了铁精矿品位对选矿、烧结、炼铁等过程(简称全过程)的影响, 提出了全过程铁精矿品位优化的多目标:获得的利润、铁矿石、熔剂、焦炭、电和煤的消耗等6 个目标, 并对各目标的权重系数采用数学方法求解。采用模糊数学方法, 对全过程进行铁精矿品位的多目标优化, 结果表明, 选择的目标函数值动态变化, 更客观、更符合实际。

Abstract:A systematical analysis is made of the influence of iron concentrate grade on co ncentration, sintering and iron-making(the whole process). The following 6 obje cts for optimizing iron concentrate are given in the paper: obtainable profit, demand of iron ore, consumptions of flux, coke, electricity and coal, and their weighting factors are mathematically calculated depending on their costs in the whole process. The fuzzy mathematical method is employed for multi-object optim izations of iron concentrate in the whole process.The results show that the weig hting factors are dynamically changing according to their price fluctuations of the selected 6 objects, which tally more with the objective reality.
