摘    要:传统的等弓高误差求取插补点的方法是根据走刀步长来计算,并且假设步长内为等曲率半径。由于自由曲面的曲率半径不断变化,传统的插补方法并不能准确计算出下一个刀触点的位置。为了克服传统方法的不足,提出了一种新的等弓高误差变步长插补方法。采用该算法得到的两相邻刀触点之间的弓高误差值一致,可得到较高的加工表面精度;而且在保证表面加工质量的情况下,刀触点最少,提高了加工效率。最后,通过MATLAB对该方法的可行性和精度进行了验证。

Improved Interpolation Algorithm of Variable Forward Step with Constant Chord Error of Determining Interpolation Points
Abstract:The traditional methods with constant chord error to determine the Cutting Contact (CC)Point is to as-sume that the radius of curvature is equal and unchanged.Actually,the radius of the free surface is constantly changing,and therefore,the conventional interpolation method does not accurately calculate the next position of the CC point.To overcome the shortcomings of traditional method,a new improved interpolation algorithm with constant chord error is proposed in this paper.The chord error is uniform for each corresponding approximate straight line;therefore,by this new method,a high ma-chining precision of work piece can be obtained.Compared to traditional interpolation algorithms,the new method is not only highly efficient but also guaranteed for high machining precision.At last,an example is provided to verify the feasibility and precision of the proposed interpolation algorithm.
