The Study on Evolution and Utilization of City Land

The study on evolution and utilize of city land is an important meaning for reform business, the structure adjustment of product and improvement our environment. Approach of the technique of city land evolution, analysis on the factor in land price and the law of causation, the countermeasures to optimizing of city land are introduced in this paper.
