| 摘 要： | 有机发光二极管(OLED)是继CRT,PDP、LCD之后的新一代平板显示技术,它可以使显示设备实现超薄化.柔软化.文中对OLED显示器件的发光原理和基本结构进行了介绍,总结了目前OLED实现彩色化的三个方案,以及OLED显示器件的发展优势和现存的不足,并对其在各个领域的应用进行了展望.

| Abstract: | OLED is the new generation of panel display technology following CRT,PDP and LCD.It may cause the graphic display device to change thinner and soft.This article tells of the structure and principle of the OLED display unit,summarizes three schemes for realizing color OLED,points out the advantages and existing problems of the technology,and forecasts applications of OLED in various domains. |
