| 摘 要： | 在今后相当长时间内,我国以煤为主的能源结构不会改变。因此,将实施洁净煤战略确定为21世纪的能源发展重点是完全正确的。其中,将煤炭转化为电力是最主要的措施。如何加快实施煤电转换,从我国煤电供需形势分析,煤电联营是关键。

The most important measure of clean coal is to convert coal into electricity. In order to advance this processes, the key is to make the close cooperation between the coal industry and the power industry. |
