基于PC的分区控制调墨系统的研究

摘    要:设计了分区自动调墨系统的总体设计方案,应用了MSP430F449异步通信模式中的地址位多机通信模式,实现了PC与MSP430F449单片机的主从式多机通信,完成了印刷机分区墨量的实时、精确地调节与控制。系统方案还可用于其它多机控制模式中。

Abstract:A general scheme of automatic subdivision-controlled ink adjustment system was designed.With the application of address-bit multiprocessor format in the asynchronous communication mode of MSP430F449,master-slave multi-machine communication between PC and MSP430F449 was realized,and then real-time and precise control of ink-ejected quantity of printing machines was accomplished.Moreover this system can also be used to other applications of multiprocessor mode.
