摘 要: | 在分析现有某一石化企业热电联产总能系统的基础上,针对装置分时分批从国外不同公司引进、总体用能匹配可能出现不甚合理的情况,提出了一个以操作费用为最小的线性数学模型。在尽量不增加设备的前提下,优化各参数,使现有石化企业的总能系统最经济地运转。通过对我国某30万吨/年乙烯工厂的总能系统进行优化,预计可节约费用近300万元/年。

Study on Total Energy System of Large Ethylene Plant(Ⅰ) |

Abstract: | This paper presents a linear model of minimum running cost based on analyz- ing total energy system of the heat power cogeneration of an existing petrochemical plant, where various installations and equipment were imported from different foreign companies at different times, so that the allocation of plant total energy system may not be very reasonable. By applying this model to optimize the total energy system of a 300000t/a ethylene plant of our country about RMB 3 million yuan/a of running cost could be saved. |
