应用于开关电源控制芯片的欠压锁存电路的设计

摘    要:针对单片开关电源控制芯片设计了一种欠压锁存电路,该电路结构简单,无需使用基准电压源,具有功耗低,响应速度快等优点,并可以实现滞回功能.最后在CSMC 0.5 μm CMOS工艺库下使用Cadence Spectre进行了仿真验证,结果表明,芯片正常工作时,欠压锁存电路的平均功耗低于10 mW,响应速度较快,而且电路实现了滞回功能,滞回电压范围为800 mV左右.

Abstract:This paper has designed a undervoltage lockout circuit for SMPS control ICs. The structure of the circuit is simple, without the use of the reference voltage source, and it has some advantages, such as low power consumption, fast response and so on.It can also achieve hysteresis function. Then use Cadence Spectre to simulate the circuit with CSMC 0.5um CMOS process. The result indicates power dissipation of the circuit is below 10 mW when it works, response speed is fast, and it realizes hysteresis function, the hysteresis range is near 800 mV.
