| 摘 要： | 在竞争激烈的金融领域,以网络为依托的网上银行日益显示出强劲的生命力,网络银行的创建和发展是大势所趋,如何防范与化解网络银行的风险也日益为金融业所关注。阐述网络银行发展中存在诸如系统风险、法律风险、操作风险等问题。针对这些问题,提出相关的防范措施。

| Abstract: | It is known to us that the competition in the field of financial is more and more fierce nowadays.According to this,the online bank,which depends on the Internet shows its advantage,thus,it is the right way to build more online banks in modern society,therefore,how to prevent this newborn thing from facing risks attracts lots of attentions.This essay mainly talks about some risks that may appear during the development of online bank,and aiming at these issues,this essay shows some of the solutions to it. |
