管壳式冷凝器工艺设计浅析

摘    要:综述了管壳式冷凝器的流体力学基础和工艺设计参数的选择,介绍了冷凝器材质和换热介质及走向的选择;阐明了提高传热系数、降低换热面积是冷凝器工艺设计的最终目标;结合某工程项目,运用HTFS软件进行计算选型,生产结果表明选用效果良好。

Abstract:The hydromechanics basis and selection of process design parameters for the shell & tube condensers are described,and the selection of condenser materials,heat transfer medium and routing is introduced.It is illustrated that increasing the heat transfer coefficient and minimizing the heat transfer area is the ultimate objective for the process design of condensers.Based on an actual project,the HTFS software was utilized in the calculation and selection,and the production result shows the selection is effective.
