| 摘 要： | 介绍了活化粉煤灰(PFA)填充在PVC/ACR复合材料生产管材的力学性能和粉煤灰活化方法。探讨了活化粉煤灰对PVC/ACR复合材料的改性机理及加工应用情况。结果表明:粉煤灰经活化处理后填充在PVC/ACR复合材料生产的管材与普通管材对比界面粘结性强,物料的流动性和加工性能得到改善,产品的表面光洁度和力学性能得到提高。

| Abstract: | The paper introduced the method of Activated PFA filled in the PVC / ACR composite pipe production to improve the mechanical properties.Discussed the way of PFA modify works and produce application.The result indicated that it improved the composite pipe’s adhibit and the material’s flow and production.Also,the finish surface and mechanical are improved. |
