基于FP滤波法噪声影响研究

摘    要:研究了噪声对光纤光栅解调精度的影响,通过理论分析和实验验证的方法论证了噪声与解调精度之间的关系.对光源施加不同功率大小的噪声,并根据光纤光栅的反射谱来研究光源噪声对峰值检测的影响.采用确定的波长标定方法后,解调系统的精度则主要由系统噪声决定.实验表明,峰值与噪声间的关系与检测精度有关,光栅解调时,精度要求越高,一个FP扫描周期内采集的点越多,要求区别相邻两点光信号功率变化的能力越强,即噪声应越低.

Abstract:The noise impact on the fiber Bragg grating demodulation accuracy is studied, and the theoretical analysis and experiment verifies the relation between noise and demodulation accuracy. By putting different-power noise on laser-source and according to the refection spectrum of fiber grating, the influence caused by laser-source noise on peak-value detection is studied. With defined wavelength calibration method, the precision of demodulation system is determined by system noise. Experiment indicates that the relation between peak value and noise is closely related to the detection accuracy. Higher for the demodulation accuracy and more for collection points in a FP scanning period the stronger ability for distinguishing the power change of adjacent two points optical signals is required, and that is, the noise should be lower.
