注水井管柱内测调仪下行阻力计算

摘    要:在油田多年配水增产的后期,为实现稳产目标,开始逐渐加强细分精确配水。注水层细分后,层数增多,层厚减小,层间耦合性增大,注水调配工作量也跟着加大,以前传统的调配工艺无法实现精确配水的要求。LZT-200流量自动测调系统主要用于油田注水井注水量的精确调配,虽然在新型测试工艺试验中取得了明显的效果,提高了测调效率,但它在测试过程中存在仪器直径大、过层困难的弊端。为此,应用Solidworks软件对测调仪进行三维实物建模,根据Fluent中的UDF理论编写测调仪下行的UDF函数,依据Fluent中的动网格理论设置测调仪下行的边界条件,对测调仪在防喷管及管柱内的运动状态进行数值计算。结果表明,下行速度、电缆直径、测调仪前端的锥度对测调仪在管柱内下行阻力影响非常小;解决测调仪下行困难的最有效方法即优化测调仪的配重。通过研究,可准确计算出测调仪在防喷管内启动下行所需的配重,为优化运行参数提高测调效率提供了理论依据。

Abstract:At the late stage of oilfield water distribution for enhancing oil production for many years and to achieve the goal of stable growth of production,it has gradually strengthened the subdivision and precision water distribution.After water injection layers were subdivided,more layers,layer thickness,interlayer coupling increase were induced,water injection allocation was also raised.Traditional deployment of water allocation could not meet the requirements of accurate water allocation.LZT-200flux automatic flow adjustment system was mainly used for water injection wells in oil field water injection,though it obtained obvious effect in the new test and testing effect was improved,but it had the shortcomings of big diameter and difficult for going through layers.Therefore,Solidworks software was used for three dimensional physical modeling for measuring and adjusting instrument.According to Fluent UDF theory for measuring and adjusting instrument downstream UDF function,based on the Fluent dynamic mesh theory,downstream boundary condition for measuring and adjusting instrument was set up,numerical calculation was carried out for its motion state in the lubricator and pipe column.The results show that the influence of descending speed,cable diameter,the front end of the taper on the measuring and adjusting instrument on its descending resistance is very small,the most effective method for solving the problem of descending is to optimize the weighing of the instrument.Study indicates that accurate calculation of its weighing needed for starting and downstream in the lubricator provides theoretical basis for optimizing the operation parameters and improving the measuring efficiency.
