摘    要:TIG(钨极惰性气体保护电弧焊)焊接过程的数值模拟是一个不可压缩的流场与温度场相互耦合的问题,其数学模型是三维非定常、非线性偏微分方程组的定解问题.首先建立了焊接过程耦合场分析中贴体曲线坐标系下的数学模型,其次给出了多重网格法与有限差分法、牛顿迭代法相结合的一种新的直接耦合解法,最后通过对移动热源作用下Q235低碳钢板的焊接过程进行模拟,数值结果表明,所给出的方法比传统迭代法(有限差分法+牛顿迭代法+超松弛方法)在计算时间上至少减少了35%.

Abstract:The numerical simulation of welding process of TIG(Tungsten electrode inert gas shielded arc welding) is a coupling problem of non-compressible flow field and temperature field.The mathematical model is fixed solution problem of 3D unsteady and nonlinear partial differential equations.As an accelerating technique,a multi-grid method is combined with finite difference method and Newton iterative method to solve the problem,and the corresponding limit operator and interpolation operator are developed.The numerical simulation for welding process of Q235 low carbon steel under the condition of moving heat source is conducted,the results show that the method given in this paper reduced at least 35% computation time comparing with traditional iterative method(finite difference method+Newton iteration method+successive overrelaxation iteration method).
