汽车用高强TWIP980钢板点焊工艺研究

摘    要:采用中频逆变点焊机对1.8mm厚TWIP980钢板进行了点焊工艺研究,分析了焊接工艺参数对钢板点焊性能的影响规律,确定了TWIP980钢板的点焊工艺参数和焊接工艺窗口。结果表明:焊前预热200ms的工艺可以避免产生焊接飞溅,焊后锻压工艺明显增加了熔核尺寸和焊点强度,消除了缩孔缺陷,扩大了焊接工艺参数的调节范围。

Abstract:The study on spot welding process for TWIP 980 steel sheet with thickness of 1.8 mm is carried out by using the intermediate-frequency inverter spot welding machine. The regularity of the influence of the welding parameters on the spot welding performance of the steel sheet is analyzed so that the spot welding parameters for the TWIP 980 steel sheet and the welding process window are determined. The experimental results show that welding spatters can be avoid- ed by the process for carrying out the weld-preheating for 200 ms when welding,, while the di- mensions of the weld nugget and the weld joint strength can be greatly increased by application of the post-welding forging technology and thus the defect of shrinkage cavity can be removed and the adjustment limit of welding parameters is expanded.
