小浪底水电厂筒形阀的同步控制原理和方法

摘    要:为了减少停机时含沙水流对水轮机导叶和转轮的冲击磨损,小浪底水电厂在机组固定导叶与活动导叶之间设置了筒形阀,筒形阀由装置设在固定导叶上的导轨进行导向,由于间隙很小,而且筒形阀的体积和重量均很大,一旦在起升和下落过程中不能保持同步,将会造成发卡而影响机组的正常运行,小浪底水电厂采用电气和液压回路控制筒形阀的起落,其效果良好,对筒形阀的结构、同步控制原理及操作方法作了介绍。

Abstract:In the Xiaolangdi Hydropower Plant ,the ring gate is designed and located between the stay vanes and wicket gates of the turbine in order to mitigate the abrasive effect of sediment-laden flow on the wicket gates and the runner during unit stopping. The ring gate is guided by the stationery guides welded on the inside faces of turbine stay vanes. The gap between the ring gate body and the stationery guides is very slight, at the same time the weight and dimension of the ring gate body are very large. If five servomotors of the ring gate can not keep synchronous during opening and closing, the ring gate body will be jammed. In order to prevent the ring gate body from jamming, electrical and hydraulic synchronizing technique is adopted in the ring gate control system and the effect is good. The structure and synchro-controlling principle of the ring gate are described in the paper.
