摘    要:针对中国石油化工股份有限公司洛阳分公司0.7 Mt/a连续重整装置多次出现催化剂循环系统提升管线减薄泄漏导致装置停工的原因进行了分析,认为装置改造后提升管线布局不合理、管线老化、弯头多、管线安装质量较差、内壁光滑度不够等是造成管线磨损泄漏的主要原因。催化剂提升管磨损减薄的主要部位集中在流速高、变径、弯头等部位,其原因为气固相流体对催化剂管线内壁的持续冲刷。采取了贴板、局部管线更换等方法解决了目前出现的问题,同时从设计、管理及操作等方面提出了优化措施,解决了提升管的磨损问题,保证了催化剂提升循环系统和整个连续重整装置的稳定运行。

Abstract:The causes of erosion failure of lifting lines of catalyst circulation system of the 700,000 TPY CCR unit in SINOPEC Luoyang Company,which led to the leaking and unscheduled shutdown for maintenance,are analyzed.It is concluded that the culprits are inappropriate arrangement of lifting line,pipeline ag ing,multiple elbows,poor pipeline installation and rough internal surface of pipelines,etc.The erosion of the catalyst lifting line is mainly concentrated in location where there are high space velocity,variable diameters and elbows.The erosions are mainly the continuous impingement erosions of gas-solid fluid on the internal surface of catalyst lifting lines,which cause the thinning of thickness of pipelines.The problems have been solved by plating,replacement of some parts of pipelines,optimization of design and strengthening of management and operation.The smooth safe operations of the catalyst lifting circulation system and the whole CCR unit have been ensured.
