摘    要:分流比对脱水型油水分离旋流器的性能具有显著影响。采用D20旋流器对水体积分数为5%的油水混合液进行了分流比对旋流器性能影响的实验研究,对比分析了不同入口流量下分流比对旋流器的分离效率、压降比以及压降的影响及其变化规律。结果表明,旋流器的简化效率和综合效率随分流比变化的曲线在增长的过程中存在一个拐点,该点处的分流比F=5.5%,最佳分流比选择5.5%~6.0%比较合适。在本次实验范围内,压降比随分流比的增大线性减小。溢流压降随分流比的增大而减小,溢流阻力系数则基本不变;底流压降在分流比增大的过程中基本保持不变,底流阻力系数减小。

Abstract:The split ratio has a significant impact on the performances of dewatering oil-water separation hydrocyclone.An experimental study of the impact of the split flow ratio on the performance of hydrocyclone was performed by using a D20 hydrocyclone to separate an oil-water mixture with a water content of 5 %.The impact of split ratios under different inlet flowrates on the hydrocyclone separation efficiency,pressure drop ratio and pressure drop were analyzed and compared.The results show that both the simplified efficiency and the overall efficiency of hydrocyclone rise with the split ratio until a point is reached,at which the efficiencies begin to fall and whose split ratio is F =5.5.The optimal split ratio is 5.5% ~6.0%.In this experiment,the pressure drop ratio decreases linearly with the increase of the split ratio.Although the overflow pressure drop decreases with the increase of the split ratio,the overflow drag coefficient basically remains unchanged.With the increase of the split ratio,the underflow pressure drop remains unchanged,but the drag coefficient of the underflow decreases.
