MTO装置滑阀故障分析

摘    要:神华包头煤化工有限责任公司MTO装置自开工以来,出现再生滑阀下料不畅和滑阀内件冲蚀严重等问题,滑阀的运行寿命短。结合MTO装置的工艺特点和滑阀的结构特点,对滑阀存在的问题进行了原因分析,并采取了一系列改造措施:将滑阀开口中心相对于阀体中心进行偏移;阀板的前端底部增加耐磨衬里;阀杆头部增加耐磨镀层;调整导轨蒸汽吹扫量;改变阀体内部的衬里固定形式等,解决了滑阀下料不畅、内件冲蚀严重等问题,延长了滑阀使用寿命,保障了MTO装置的长周期安全稳定运行。

Abstract:Serious probleras of slow tnloading of slide valve and severe erosion of internals of slide valve have been found in the MTO unit in Shenhua Baotou Coal Chemical Co.,Ltd.since its start-up.The causes of existing problems of slide valves were analyzed in consideration of process characteristics of MTO unit,and revamping measttre were taken such as deviating slide valve opening center and valve body center,adding wear-resistant liner to the front bottom of the valve plate,installing wear-resistant coating to the head of valve rod,adjusting the flowrate of rail steam blowing,changing the liner's fixed forms in the valve body,etc.All these have helped to solve problems of slow unloading and internals erosion and guaranteed a long-term stable operation of MTO unit.
